Award winning staging professional, Liz Connolly, has been a prominent figure in the staging industry since early 2007. At that time Liz founded INhance IT! Home Staging in St. Louis and through that company staged over 5,000 properties. In early 2019 Liz sold the St. Louis division and relocated with her family to Sarasota, Florida where she has recently founded INhance IT! Home Staging Florida. INhance IT! offers staging and design services for home builders, home sellers and real estate professionals.
INhance IT! has received dozens of national and international industry awards and accolades. The company was recognized by HSRA as one of the top 5 staging firms in the nation and received HSRA’s Spirit Eagle Award. In 2017,2018 and 2019 INhance IT! was recognized by RESA as one of the top 10 staging teams in North America and Liz was recognized as Top Ten Professional Stager in both 2016 & 2017. Inhance IT! was also recognized by IAHSP as the top staging company in the nation in 2018.

Liz developed and instructs a 3-hour real estate continuing education course titled Staging Sells and has been instructing this course for the past 10 years through her firm “Lipstick for Your Listing”. Liz has been a national speaker for both RESA and HSRA as well as for a variety of industry events. She has appeared on numerous panels, television promotions and has authored articles for CSP Magazine, Real Producers and St. Louis Homes and Lifestyles.
