Birgit Anich
RESA-PRO, SAR Advanced & HSR Certified Professional Home Stager & Interior Designer
Birgit developed her love for interior design in her late teenage
years during which she worked closely with her parents’ architect to
design their very own home.
After graduating with masters in business/marketing and economics and
a few years working in the corporate world in the market research industry she went back to study
Interior Design at Fairfield University.
When the real estate market turned around and she saw so many houses
sitting on the market for a long time, she wanted to help families to
move on with their lives faster. She received her Home Staging
Certification from HSR and founded BA Staging & Interiors in 2009. Now she finally
does professionally what she enjoys most – being creative and helping
others adding true value to their lives.
Birgit also has been trained by HGTV Star Matthew Finlason
(“The Stagers”) on the most advanced staging techniques incorporating
lifestyle merchandising to give home buyers a lifestyle experience they
are dreaming of.
Having lived in several European countries and traveled throughout
the world, she is quite familiar with how people from different cultures
live. These varied design elements provide her with an exceptional
pool of creative ideas.
Birgit’s exceptional staging designs and professionalism have earned
her the RESA Top 10 Luxury Stager in US 2019, Top 10 Vacant Stager in the US 2019 and 2018, Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging 2018 – by RESA
