 I am a passionate creative arts addict with a love of all things decor and design. I discovered home staging in 2008 and earned my Canadian Certified Staging Professional® designation that same year. I am a firm believer in continually updating my skills and broadening my knowledge base, so I followed my initial training with  a property styling course from the Association of Property Scene Designers where I earned my APSD® certification followed by diploma from The Interior Design institute® in 2015. As my home staging business grew and evolved,I responded to my client needs by adding re-design to my services in 2016, Holiday Design in 2017 and just completed a certification course in e-design, or online design as it is also known.

My strength lies in my ability to see a property as it is today and transform it into a property that clients can sell quickly and for the most amount of money or, transform their rooms into a comfortable representation of their current lifestyle and design preferences. When I develop a design plan for staging, I am creating an environment designed to appeal to a property's target buyer - the future owner. Re-design is about developing a design plan that perfectly suits the current owner, creating spaces that they find welcoming, comforting and a better representation of of what they love and how they live in their home now.

In the past, re-design was a service that was only available to clients who lived within the greater Ottawa area but e-design (remote consultations or online design) has changed all that. By using today's technology, I am able to help clients outside of my current service area! I find the idea of helping clients in other cities, provinces and even countries truly exciting and hope to be able to expand my staging consultations to take advantage of current technology as well.

I love everything about design and I love being able to help people use design to sell their property or to live in their home. Staging to sell or staging to stay, I'm passionate about both and hope to share this passion with you, my next, best client.
