Staging, she draws upon all of her skills and experience to
advise her clients and provide them with the staging solutions necessary to be
successful in any real estate market. Maureen established Room Solutions Staging LLC in Portland in 2006.
Maureen was awarded "Top Ten Home Stager
in the U.S." for both 2014 and 2013, as well
as "2012 Professional Stager of the Year for the West Region”
by the Real Estate Staging Association – honors that are voted on by
industry peers throughout North America. She's an accredited and certified
staging professional and served as the national President/Chair of the Real
Estate Staging Association, the staging industry’s trade association, for three years. Maureen has also served as Membership Chair for

Room Solutions Staging
offers a variety of professional services to homeowners, builders, and realtors;
we're flexible and want to work within your time frame and budget. If you
have a service request that isn't listed here, just let us know how we can help
you.
Verbal Staging Consultation (Occupied Home):
This service is geared
towards the homeowner (or Realtor) for an Occupied home that will be going on the market. We walk
through the property with the homeowner or listing agent while you take notes
of our recommendations for optimum furniture placement, creating focal points,
easy cosmetic improvements, paint colors that buyers love, light fixture
replacements, window coverings, deep cleaning & de-cluttering, curb appeal
& landscaping tips, etc. We also provide written tips on preparing
for the Open House and keeping your home ready for showings. Up to 2 hours of
time; within 20 miles of SW Portland – $220.
Optional Service: After your
Consultation, if
you'd like us to return after you've completed your "To Do" list, we
can return to give your home a final hands-on staging service to ensure that it
looks warm and inviting both for the online photos as well as for potential
buyers. Billed @ $85/hr.
Note: If you prefer a Written Consultation, we can provide one that contains the
same information as the Verbal report – the cost varies depending on the size
of the house: $300 up.
Electronic Consultation (E-Staging):
If
your property is located outside our service area, we can provide a detailed
Comprehensive Consultation Report. Using photos and room dimensions you
provide, we will advise you on which pieces of furniture to keep, which to
remove, and how to showcase the space for maximum appeal. The cost of
this service varies depending on how many rooms we're consulting on.
Full or Partial Staging Services:
We
stage Vacant homes using our extensive inventory of quality furnishings. We
also stage Occupied homes, working with and editing the
seller's furniture, and suggesting any additional accessories that may be
necessary to create an appealing look for the target buyer. The
investment in these services depends on the size of the home, the number of
rooms staged and what furnishings are included. Because every
project is unique, we're happy to provide a no-obligation staging proposal for
your property.
Full Day or Half Day Home Makeover
(ReStyling) Projects:
If
you'd like a fresher look in your home or just don't know how to best configure
the furniture, our home makeover service may be just what you need. This
service is less expensive than hiring a traditional interior decorator, and
very effective! We can help you make your home warm and inviting, and can also
suggest where to buy the best accessories (or we can do the shopping for

Shopping Service:
If
you're too busy to shop for home décor, or aren't sure what's needed to improve
the look of your home, we can do the shopping for you. Using our intimate
knowledge of the local furnishings market, we can find the items you need
(often at bargain prices), deliver them to your home and properly arrange them
to fit the space. We also have Designer Discounts at multiple local furnishings
stores that we’re happy to pass on to our clients. Shopping service is billed at $85.00/hr.

clients in the Oregon communities of Portland, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Sherwood, West
Linn, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Gladstone, Clackamas, Oregon City, and Happy Valley. We can also refer you to excellent staging
partners in other areas. (For clients who live
outside our area of operations, we offer E-staging services or referral to a
qualified professional home stager in your area.)
