Cynda Lavoie is a graduate of the CSP International Business Staging Training Academy as a Canadian Certified Staging Professional® (CCSP®). And as a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran, having served more than 30 years, Cynda knows all too well, that first impressions matter when buyers are looking for their dream home.

Her experience with the real estate market comes from the numerous moves her military service family experienced over the years. She knows how it feels to be told to move, often on short notice, and have only a few days to find the best house possible for her family. It is during those house hunting trips that she realized the importance of making a good first impression when selling a house. So, she started staging her own houses and helped colleagues to do so, before knowing that the staging profession really existed.

Cynda loves helping people and making a difference in their lives. She helped close family members, including her own Grandmother now 96 years old, downsize and transition from a large house to a condo, and later on from a condo to a senior home with assisted living. She understands how complex, stressful, and emotional this process can be. This is where her in-depth experience in logistics made her the perfect residential transition coordinator. She is married with two beautiful daughters who are 20 and 16 and in her spare time, she assists her youngest daughter’s dance studio by making dance costumes and occasionally building stage props.
