I Do Vacant Home Staging, Occupied Home Staging and ReDesign and have for most of my adult life!

I founded Victoria Staging & ReDesign and now I’m doing what I love and what I am passionate about.   After years in corporate real estate and owning my own successful real estate management and development company, I found myself in a position to pursue my passion for decorating and helping others. I knew home staging was a win-win service that many sellers needed and buyers would love.

I believe that Home Staging is the best way to showcase a House for Sale. To stay competitive in today's market there two choices to either reduce your price or improve your product.  I am in the business to improve the product.  Whether I am providing a simple consultation for the homeowner to have a clear path of what should be done or staging a vacant house I do it will all the expertise the years have given me.

I know firsthand the stress of moving. Being a member of a military family, I lived overseas and moved more times than I care to remember.  I have become not only an experienced mover, but also a seasoned Home Stager.  I was a Home Stager and Redesign expert before anyone coined the phrase. Many times I was asked, “Who decorated your home?” I was always proud to say, “I did it myself and on a budget.”

At Victoria Staging & ReDesign I believe that successful home staging is the art of using expert marketing and decorating techniques to create an environment that buyers can aspire to, and fell at home. My goal is to stage the house for sale so the buyer feels - This is it; this is the one.....They are SOLD.
